Our Mission
Impact100 Hunterdon is a collective force for good; uniting and empowering women to give together, creating transformational impact, in our local Hunterdon County community.
Committee Charter
Once you become a member, you design your own membership experience. You are under no obligation to take on any responsibilities, though we certainly hope all eligible members will vote on our grants.
In addition, as a volunteer-driven organization, we rely on member expertise and enthusiasm. We encourage everyone to volunteer on one of our teams or consider joining the Leadership Team.
We strive toward diversity, equity, and inclusion while acknowledging barriers such as limiting membership to women; having women give or obtain at least $1,000 for membership, etc. We believe our voice is stronger, our decisions more informed, and our impact amplified when we bring together a diversity of people to participate in realizing our mission of engaging women in philanthropy and in providing transformational funds to organizations that reach the underserved in our communities.
Impact100 Hunterdon pledges to do the hard work of looking inward with genuineness, listening to all who our organization touches, and seeking to become a truly inclusive and equitable group to give all a true sense of belonging. In everything we do, we appreciate individuals and organizations that enrich our thinking and actions through their diverse perspectives and experiences.
